Yes. Leveraging OEM resources, we can customize ratios, mounting flanges, special mounting dimensions and adaptations for special operating conditions. Feasibility is first evaluated by the OEM. MOQ depends on the modification and OEM requirements; small-batch prototypes are generally possible, with the exact MOQ confirmed after evaluation.
Yes. For equipment with specific operating logic, we can work with the OEM to develop dedicated programs, adjust parameters and adapt special voltages. Please provide the process and required logic; we will evaluate feasibility first.
Yes. Sensors can be customized for measuring range and output signal, as well as waterproof or high-temperature specifications. Please provide the target, detection range, control system interface and operating environment for evaluation.
Yes. We can supply against your BOM as a complete kit, combining gearboxes, VFDs, PLCs, sensors and Delixi low-voltage components in one quotation. Standard parts come from stock and custom parts through OEM partners, reducing multi-vendor procurement.
Prototypes can be produced before volume supply. Lead time and prototype cost depend on modification complexity and OEM scheduling, and are confirmed after technical evaluation. Whether a prototype fee is charged and whether it can be credited against volume orders depends on the project and the agreed terms.
Common models are stocked and available for immediate supply. VAT invoices can be issued after ordering for corporate accounting. Stock and delivery arrangements are confirmed at the time of order.
The Delixi low-voltage industrial components we supply come from authorized distribution channels, with product documentation available. We are a distributor, not the original manufacturer.
We can help. For discontinued or out-of-stock models, we can propose alternative selections based on available models for engineering review. Whether an alternative is a direct replacement must be judged by the customer against the actual circuit and operating conditions.
Warranty for custom products follows the product and OEM warranty policy, subject to the agreed terms. Fitment issues caused by customer-provided drawings or parameters will be handled through separate negotiation.
Yes. We can provide datasheets, selection manuals and factory inspection documents where available from the OEM. They can be obtained from the download section on product pages or by contacting us.
