Custom Engineering for Industrial Automation Components
We maintain long-term partnerships with major OEMs and leverage their resources to deliver non-standard modifications, from small-batch prototypes to volume supply. Share your operating conditions, drawings or parameters; we work with the OEM on a technical evaluation and then provide a solution, lead time and quotation.
- Capabilities: gearbox modifications, VFD program development, sensor modifications, PLC control cabinets, complete BOM supply
- Supported inputs: drawings, samples, parameter changes, small-batch prototypes
- Evaluated with OEM resources; we are not the original manufacturer
Customization Options
Gearboxes
- Custom ratios, mounting flanges, special mounting dimensions and adaptation to special operating conditions
VFDs
- Dedicated operating programs, function modifications and special voltage adaptation
Sensors
- Custom output signals and ranges, waterproof and high-temperature versions
PLC Control
- Complete PLC control cabinets with Delixi low-voltage distribution components
BOM Supply
- Complete project kits combining standard and custom parts
Our Process
- Requirement review: you provide operating conditions, drawings or parameters.
- Technical evaluation: we work with the OEM to assess feasibility, lead time and cost.
- Proposal & quotation: we provide a solution, quotation and prototype cost.
- Prototype production: prototyping and factory testing per the agreed solution.
- Prototype approval: after approval, we move to volume supply.
Prototype Policy
- Prototypes can be produced before volume supply.
- Whether a prototype fee applies, the amount and credit against volume orders depend on the project and agreed terms.
- Prototype lead time and results depend on OEM scheduling and process complexity; the confirmed lead time prevails.
- Prototypes are accepted under the agreed conditions and the confirmed drawings or parameters.
Delivery & Warranty
Delivery: custom products are delivered per the confirmed specifications, quantity and lead time, with available product documentation and factory inspection reports.
Warranty: warranty follows the product and OEM warranty policy. Fitment issues caused by customer-provided drawings or parameters will be handled through separate negotiation.
Risk notice: custom projects may fail technical evaluation or produce prototype results that differ from expectations. We communicate these risks transparently before prototyping and volume production.
